This group discusses the challenges and learning opportunities of coaching teams. It explores a new technique called Projections Based coaching as well as the potential of remote team coaching technologies.

Increasingly, the world is becoming more integrated in terms of global business. How do we best help our leader clients expand their intercultural and cross-cultural savvy? What do we, as leading coaches, need to be aware of and know regarding the ever-changing global marketplace?

Be A Voice is a special team at the Leading Coaches’ Center. It’s a team we hope you and all members will join. This is where, collectively, we can shape our vision for the coaching profession; distinguish business-oriented coaching from “life coaching”; articulate the values, ethics and aspirations that will guide us as our industry grows; and raise the status of coaching in the business world and those who influence its leaders.

This team will serve as a coaches’ outpost for Boomer Authority™, a leading interactive networking community for experts, organizations and Boomer-centric online media properties that specialize in the 50+ active aging, Baby Boomer marketplace.

Coaching faith-based organizations and their leadership is a unique niche that requires specific skills, understanding and conviction.
Our hope is that this team can cultivate more collaboration, shared learning and soulful dialog through their common interest and faith.
