How do you balance competition and cooperation with other business coaches?

By learning about others strengths, skills, passions, and resources. In sharing my own to the mutual benefit of those we serve and our target audience.

How would you like to contribute to that change?

What is your primary belief about creating success and abundance?

Organic growth and alignment is the key to the health and success of most organizations. Foster a healthy community and culture and it will sustain all types of life with less human effort and emotional strain.

What does leadership mean to you?

Leadership is the ability to guide others to better destinations, perhaps to places the y never knew they desired.

Who is your target market?

The Church, Christian, any denomination or ministry. Pastors, boards and leaders.

What do you most wish to gain from spending time with successful business coaches?

In the ideal team, we would find the spirit and means to develop an international association with shared resources, tool sets, and a wide array of benefits to meet the needs of the Church.

How would you sum up your mission as a business coach?

WIA serves our clients and members by providing coaching, resources and training.

What kinds of collaborations and co-creations with other coaches appeal to you?

As a faith-based practitioner, I am most interested in networking with folks who want to help strengthen Judeo-Christian faith communities.

How do you believe you could add most value to a community of business coaches?

Together we learn and gain new insights and skills to strengthen each member. So I’m just one member with one perspective who enjoys listening and sharing life, soul and thought with others.
