How do you balance competition and cooperation with other business coaches?

I am not competitive by nature so for me – I may be seen as giving too much away, and yet ultimately I believe that there must be an alignment of values, vision and mission. So it all comes “full sync” – full circle – and the right business will find me as I find it. So in many ways – the more I partner with other coaches, the stronger I feel my base – our base will be for success.

How would you like to contribute to that change?

Started it with the concept of Brand-Centered Sustainability, and sharing the value of civility and compassion in building business. In addition I want to be an active learner of all models and methods that are supportive, and encourage cooperation. I believe there is ALWAYS more to learn.

What do you feel needs to change in the business coaching profession as a whole?

It would be nice to see the corporate and government sectors become better educated on what coaching can and cannot do – although much of that will fall on us – the coaches. I also would like to see coaches become more focused on building together with integrity and worry less about coveting their client list.

What area of expertise do you enjoy sharing with others?

Brand-Centered Sustainability is what drives me to create systems and processes for individuals and organizations.
I also enjoy an coaching projects that involve onboarding for veteran employees and coaching for veteran reintegration.

What is your primary belief about creating success and abundance?

That it stems from true drive, determination and always coupled with compassion, creativity and strategy. I also believe that it comes from the ability to step back and reassess when things need a shift – and to be “ok” with shifting. Just as coaching is a dynamic experience so is creating a life of success and abundance

I have several – the main ones are: Executives, Other Coaches, Social Enterprises

What do you most wish to gain from spending time with successful business coaches?
