| How do you balance competition and cooperation with other business coaches? | I view myself as a source of strength that gets stronger with collaborationg and synergy, therefore the more I share the more I have to share. This actually brings out the best in those around me and they in turn find themselves blessed by sharing. Competition is a Mime, cooperation is dependent on the other person to reciprocate. |
| How would you like to contribute to that change? | I am open to listening to new ideas, views and perspectives and reflect on the message they have for me. I have also taken on my part in forging the interpersonal wellness industry. |
| What do you feel needs to change in the business coaching profession as a whole? | As a whole this field needs to be broaden as there are so many ways to go about doing things |

| What is your primary belief about creating success and abundance? | The universe has a limitless supply of resources. If each of us take only what we need there will always be enough for others. |

| What kinds of collaborations and co-creations with other coaches appeal to you? | I am very open to collaboration and co-creation in the form of writing, designing, developing, running seminars and events. |
| How do you believe you could add most value to a community of business coaches? | As an interpersonal wellness coach and conflict analyst I get a unique perspective of how organizations typically respond to conflicts in their organizations. I hope to be able to share insights and tips on helping our clients respond differently to interpersonal challenges. |
