| How would you sum up your mission as a business coach? |
My mission is to help my clients address and eliminate the obstacles that are standing between where they are and where they want to be. |
| Who is your target market? | |
| What is your primary belief about creating success and abundance? |
I believe that Serving God and Serving others results in great success and abundance. As a 9+ year survivor of Stage 3 Malignant Melanoma Cancer I have learned that the most important things in life are God, Family, Friends, and then Work. |
| What area of expertise do you enjoy sharing with others? |
Change Management, Tension Management, Sales/Business Development, Use of the ChangeGrid coaching and management tool. |
| How do you balance competition and cooperation with other business coaches? |
I believe that there is more than enough business for everyone. While it is valuable for me to offer a unique point of difference, I am more interested in working with organizations and individuals who are the “best fit” for me rather than trying to be everything to everyone. Lao-Tzu (Chinese Philosopher) once said “Serve the needs of others and all of your own needs will be fulfilled; Through selfless ambition fulfillment is attained.” |
| Sweet Spot |
Sweet spot is providing Sales/Business Development Training to organizations/individuals and providing certification and access to the ChangeGrid coaching and management tool to organizations and human development professionals |
