I am an ontolocial coach practicing in Ireland with a dream to be more active internationally either through existing large leadership groups or in collaboration with smaller providers. I am a business coach and passionate about bringing “the whole person” to work I am about encouraging personal responsiblilty at work for growth. |
| What kinds of collaborations and co-creations with other coaches appeal to you? |
I would genuinely appreciate learning and working with international organisations working in the corporate sphere or identifying members who would appreciate a collaborative approach to building a coaching business |

Help people identify what they want in life to be conscious and in choice. |

Is is a whole person thing with as much attention paid to the thinking, feeling and being leading |
| What is your primary belief about creating success and abundance? |
Start with your own mindset and grow from there…become as astute observer of your own thoughts, feelings and behaviour to tame the limiting beliefs, actions you take in life. |
| What area of expertise do you enjoy sharing with others? |
Getting clear about your inner language. Showing how your body can reveal learnings and patterns of behaviour that you can change. Working with moods and emotions to shift thinking and feeling for difference. |
| What do you feel needs to change in the business coaching profession as a whole? |
Greater acceptance of the power of love and compassion as essential leadership skills. An appreciation for personal reflection and own time to resolve issues or contraints to being better. Acknowledgement that coaching works |
| How would you like to contribute to that change? |
Speak to it share my experiences develop mindsets to improve the perception of this unique approach to learning and changing. |
| How do you balance competition and cooperation with other business coaches? |
I am open to learning from others and when certain physical reactions emerge to competition in its narrow definition I check my reaction for its validity or to my own perceived fear of “not being enough” |

Good morning members. I do team coaching out of my own qualifications with Newfield and with the CEO programme I am doing with the Centre for Generative Leadership but I am wondering whether there are any programmes dedicated to group coaching that you could recommend-interested in learning through an experiencial group
