Wild Card

I’m coming out with a book on my Return on Experience (ROX) and Intelligent Outcome models. I am open to discussions and collaborations on bringing this work to a wider audience.

Sweet Spot

I love working with people who have done a great deal of work on themselves, who have traveled a distance down the discovery path and found themselves stuck. Helping them learn how to get unstuck is sweet!

How do you balance competition and cooperation with other business coaches?

I enjoy collaborating and subcontracting with other coaches to add value to their team, and create win-win situations.

How would you like to contribute to that change?

I would like to be part of that conversation.

What do you feel needs to change in the business coaching profession as a whole?

I think we need to define what the “business coaching profession” is — both for our own understanding and for the market’s edification. What distinguishes a business coach from other types of coaches? What qualifies someone to be a business coach? What range of services do we offer? What is the dividing, or dotted line, between coaching and consulting? Between coaching and training? How do we talk about business coaching in the clearest, most compelling way?

What area of expertise do you enjoy sharing with others?

I most enjoy sharing my learning from the field of NLP.

What is your primary belief about creating success and abundance?

I believe that the more we share, the more possibilities and opportunities we create.

What does leadership mean to you?

To me, leadership means bringing out the best in others by virtue of the questions you ask and the example you set.

Who is your target market?

Leaders at all levels

What do you most wish to gain from spending time with successful business coaches?

Trusted colleagues who can call on me, and whom I can call upon, to enhance our knowledge and business.

How would you sum up your mission as a business coach?

To help clients discover how to be their best — in work, in life, in leadership.

What kinds of collaborations and co-creations with other coaches appeal to you?

I would like to collaborate with coaches who have taken their work from an individual level (one-to-one)to organizations or niche-market groups (one-to-many). As an NLP coach-trainer who has developed proven models, My question is, “How can my work add value to yours?”

How do you believe you could add most value to a community of business coaches?

By sharing approaches that have worked for my clients; by building alliances with fellow coaches; by exploring new ways that we can all make a difference.
