Sweet Spot

Fixing people- everyone needs at least a tune-up.

How do you balance competition and cooperation with other business coaches?

The marketplace separates the pros from the amateurs, to brutally frank, as usual.

How would you like to contribute to that change?

You’re reading my style, if you’ve gotten this far.

What do you feel needs to change in the business coaching profession as a whole?

Get real with each other.

What area of expertise do you enjoy sharing with others?

1. How to be an excellent executive coach.
2. Helping leaders get business results.
3. Business strategy around talent mangement and succession planning.

What is your primary belief about creating success and abundance?

To be “for giving” is both about behaviors and a state of mind that begins with generosity and not expecting anything back. The highest form of giving is anonymous. One hopes always to be giving to others who continue to do the same.

What does leadership mean to you?

Courage, service, altruism, presence and consistency. The ability to always do the right thing and when you don't having the wisdom to say so.

Who is your target market?

Leaders and high potentials

What do you most wish to gain from spending time with successful business coaches?

1. Better jokes.
2. More frequent flyer miles.

How would you sum up your mission as a business coach?

1. Get results for my Clients.
2. Support my family and friends.
3. Change the face of leadership in the business and organizational world to be more inclusive of Women, People of Color and LGBT folks.

What kinds of collaborations and co-creations with other coaches appeal to you?

Ones that make money for everyone and are not built out of sandcastles in the air.

How do you believe you could add most value to a community of business coaches?

Time will tell if I have some wisdom to contribute.
