What is your primary belief about creating success and abundance?

To be “for giving” is both about behaviors and a state of mind that begins with generosity and not expecting anything back. The highest form of giving is anonymous. One hopes always to be giving to others who continue to do the same.

What does leadership mean to you?

Courage, service, altruism, presence and consistency. The ability to always do the right thing and when you don't having the wisdom to say so.

1. Get results for my Clients.
2. Support my family and friends.
3. Change the face of leadership in the business and organizational world to be more inclusive of Women, People of Color and LGBT folks.

What kinds of collaborations and co-creations with other coaches appeal to you?

Ones that make money for everyone and are not built out of sandcastles in the air.
