Small business owners who are at crossroads |
How do you balance competition and cooperation with other business coaches? |
Transparency is for me the keyword. I strongly believe in cooperation and co-creation! |
How would you like to contribute to that change? |
I help small business owners step into the driver’s seat of their life so that they can reinvent it. I then give them the tools and systems to ensure they create a life that will fulfil them and a successful business to support it but on their own terms. |
What do you feel needs to change in the business coaching profession as a whole? |
Viewed from Europe: more professionalism, less individualism. Coaching can have a very positive impact on the world if the profession is less focussed on individual (coaches’) benefits. |
What area of expertise do you enjoy sharing with others? |
Clarity, Confidence, Mindset, Selfcare, Leadership, Effective Relationships, Personal Branding, Reinvention and Personal Effectiveness |
What is your primary belief about creating success and abundance? |
Your external world starts with your internal one |
What does leadership mean to you? |
Path finder |
Who is your target market? |
Small business owners |
What do you most wish to gain from spending time with successful business coaches? |
Share, learn, grow! |
How would you sum up your mission as a business coach? |
Inspire and empower people towards better relationships with themselves and with others for a better world. |
What kinds of collaborations and co-creations with other coaches appeal to you? |
Anything that can lead to get our clients inspired, empowered and willing to positively impact the world (from coaching to training, participative seminars etc.) |
How do you believe you could add most value to a community of business coaches? |
I am a community builder and believe in generative collaboration. I am passionated by international cultures and relationships (I have an international background and work in Dutch, English and French) I am very interested by positive psychology and neurosciences (but would like to know more about it). |
