Wild Card

I am considered highly intuitive and laser focused on helping clients move forward; also, I deeply care about my clients' success

Sweet Spot

Law or consulting firm partner seeking to increase business, and/or who leads a practice area.

How do you balance competition and cooperation with other business coaches?

There’s room for everyone. I want my clients to have the best coach they can have. Sometimes that is me, other times it is someone else. I do not hesitate to recommend others, or work collaboratively with others.

What area of expertise do you enjoy sharing with others?

I am particularly strong on business development – always happy to help a fellow coach think out loud about how to land a client. My involvement in Trusted Advisor Associates has given me a lot of additional insight into being a trusted advisor, and I’m delighted to share ideas.

What is your primary belief about creating success and abundance?

There is plenty of opportunity for success and abundance, and it’s all based on our own perspective, energy and willingness to take action.

What does leadership mean to you?

Providing encouragement, creating enrollment and empowering others. And the ability and willingness to make (tough and not so tough) decisions. Setting a tone that includes values.

Who is your target market?

Lawyers, consultants and senior executives, including General Counsel and others.

What do you most wish to gain from spending time with successful business coaches?

New ideas, and thought generation.

How would you sum up your mission as a business coach?

To help leaders do their job while holding onto and being true to their values.

What kinds of collaborations and co-creations with other coaches appeal to you?

Sharing clients, developing programs/workshops together.

How do you believe you could add most value to a community of business coaches?

Sharing and listening to ideas, giving and getting feedback, and growing together.
