Getting clear about your inner language. Showing how your body can reveal learnings and patterns of behaviour that you can change. Working with moods and emotions to shift thinking and feeling for difference. |

I am an ontolocial coach practicing in Ireland with a dream to be more active internationally either through existing large leadership groups or in collaboration with smaller providers. I am a business coach and passionate about bringing “the whole person” to work I am about encouraging personal responsiblilty at work for growth. |
