Coaching qualities come from an open-mind, insatiable curiosity, modesty, responsibility and caring,to name a few. We use tools as they are meant to be used. Tools – just like a carpenter or sculptor who uses tools to remove excess wood or granite, we too should use tools to start the dialogue, not determine its outcome. |

elitism and experts – remembering that coaching is all about not knowing, comfortable with questioning oneself, not only others |
