Wild Card

Companies promote managers, followers determine if leaders lead

Sweet Spot

Unleashing the talent and increasing the curiosity within global executives as they travel, question and challenges themselves and others around the world

How do you balance competition and cooperation with other business coaches?

The word competition does not equate with coaching.
Clients choose coaches based on chemistry, resonance or the like. Cooperation is coaching – building trust, relationships, mentoring, sharing and allowing room for expanding comfort zones and knowledge.

How would you like to contribute to that change?

Coaching qualities come from an open-mind, insatiable curiosity, modesty, responsibility and caring,to name a few. We use tools as they are meant to be used. Tools – just like a carpenter or sculptor who uses tools to remove excess wood or granite, we too should use tools to start the dialogue, not determine its outcome.

What do you feel needs to change in the business coaching profession as a whole?

elitism and experts – remembering that coaching is all about not knowing, comfortable with questioning oneself, not only others

What area of expertise do you enjoy sharing with others?

My passion for culture as beyond words and beyond differences where understanding one’s own cultural biases enables us to reappraise situations. The outcome is strength and unity in diversity.

What is your primary belief about creating success and abundance?

happiness leads to success leads to abundance
Sharing and caring are direct outcomes of abundance

What does leadership mean to you?

Authentic leaders have accountable followers, Inspirational leaders have engaged followers

Who is your target market?

Leadership development in global organizations

What do you most wish to gain from spending time with successful business coaches?

sharing the passion and the promising future of our field

How would you sum up your mission as a business coach?

accompanying executives as they navigate the often ambiguous currents of globalization and multicultural environments- unleashing their talent within and celebrating success

What kinds of collaborations and co-creations with other coaches appeal to you?

team-coaching, tandem-coaching, cross-cultural coaching , creating and sharing developmental tools

How do you believe you could add most value to a community of business coaches?

With global and corporate experience, I have a passion for unleashing talent across cultures
