Looking to develop outsourcing to HR departments for staff who are experiencing work related performance difficulties due to personal events in their lives. Which would be having a significant impact on their work related performance? My role would be to work with the client to get them back on track as a pro active alternative rather than going straight into the grievance process which only adds more stress & less likely that the individual is going to get themselves back on track.
